Job Description

The Role:

As our Revenue Operations Manager you will be the primary custodian of our customer data, joining our growing GTM team and reporting to the CSO. In this role, you'll review performance metrics, identify trends, and deliver insights that enable improvements across our GTM teams in APAC and Europe (marketing, sales and customer success). You'll help build the systems and processes needed to scale our business across global markets, adapting to the unique nature of construction technology sales.

In this role, you will:

  • Be our data custodian: Establish data governance standards and quality controls that ensure our customer information is accurate and actionable. You'll maintain the integrity of our data across the organisation.
  • Manage contact enrichment: Own our contact enrichment system (Clay) to support quality lead generation. You'll refine processes to identify decision- makers within complex contractor organisations.
  • Create efficient handoffs: Design effective marketing-to-sales handoff processes that add genuine value and velocity to sales teams across APAC and Europe
  • Build strong relationships: Work closely with customer-facing teams to understand their operational needs and support their success.
  • Manage performance insights: Create dashboards and reports in Hubspot and PlanHat that baseline performance, track trends, and deliver actionable insights to help teams improve. You'll identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Enable data-driven decisions: Break down performance data into components that teams can act on. You'll help marketing, sales, and customer success teams across regions use insights to improve their results.
  • Optimise and leverage our tech stack to improve our revenue tools:
    • Hubspot for CRM and marketing automation
    • Planhat for customer usage data following training
    • Zapier for system connections following training
    • Clay for contact enrichment following training
  • Develop training resources: Create practical training and documentation to ensure consistent adoption of tools and processes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong communication skills (both in person and async) with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams
  • Experience connecting technical operations with customer-facing teams
  • Proven ability maintaining data integrity in B2B environments
  • Practical knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Hubspot
  • Analytical thinking that translates data into practical recommendations
  • Thoughtful approach to problem-solving in complex systems
  • Experience working with teams across multiple regions and time zones
  • Collaborative style that anticipates needs before they become barriers
