Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join the Nine team on an 11-12 month Parental Leave Cover. In this role, you will assist the team with tasks from Pitch to Internal workflows across Print, Radio, Digital & TV assets. You'll be the central point of contact, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver project deliverables within agreed quality, timeframe, and budget, with support from the broader Powered team.
Day to day you will:
- Be responsible for monitoring, tracking and communicating project progress
- Be responsible for our largest cross platform briefs managing all stakeholders to drive operational excellence and deliver sales.
- Be planning and coordinating project activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Be responsible for clear and effective job costings (including initial budget quote and post analysis reconciliation by job)
Qualifications
You will be a solid team player, who shows commitment to the team's purpose and effectively contributes and shares skills/knowledge with others. You’ll have an ability to absorb information and act accordingly.
What you'll bring:
- Exceptional stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills
- Broad media landscape understanding
- Production experience at either agency or publisher studio
- Project Management qualifications, or experience managing creative solution delivery projects
- Able to deliver complex solutions on time and to budget
- Experience in workflow management tools
- Experience in an agency or content environment (desirable)
- Editorial or content production skills (desirable)
