You'll join us in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible.

What you’ll do

• Own product thesis: Support setting the product roadmap for our two core products: Convert and Cultivate; continuous curiosity to explore and grow product surface area.

• Embed with our customers: Sit on operations floors, shadow customers, and translate workflow pain into shippable product specs—no proxies, no guesswork.

• Orchestrate rapid cycles: Align eng and GTM teams on weekly ships; ensure product priorities are always aligned with real needs and ROI potential.

• Instrument outcomes: Constant north‑star metrics (bookings, retention lift, gross margin) and drive towards live dashboards the exec team can’t ignore.

What you’ll bring

• Technical product pedigree: 4–7+ yrs owning backend-heavy or AI products.

• Business + Technical sense: Can explain vector search, hallucination guardrails, and online evals to both ops leaders and PhD researchers.

• Data‑driven rigor: Proficient with analyzing product usage data and outcomes data to inform product decision.

• Bias to own: Thrive in an in‑person, high‑ownership culture; STEM degree (or equivalent depth) backs your technical credibility.
