You'll join us in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect agents: Build and ship LLM‑powered multi-modal agents that deliver unmatched ROI and business impact.

• Co‑build with operators: Work directly with enterprise stakeholders to map workflows and deploy our product to unlock immediate revenue lift.

• Own end‑to‑end lifecycle: Control everything from data ingestion and prompt logic to latency budgets, monitoring, and rollback.

• Scale to millions: Harden distributed, stateful systems that handle thousands of concurrent calls, chats, forms with sub‑200 ms P99 latency.

• Run rapid experiments: Evaluate cutting‑edge text/voice models, fine‑tune, A/B test live, and iterate weekly.

• Elevate the platform: Surface cross‑customer insights that shape our code and product roadmap.

What You’ll Bring:

• Pro battle scars: 2‑7 yrs building production systems in Python (asyncio, FastAPI) and TypeScript (Node, React); you ship weekly.

• AI tooling mastery: Hands‑on with LLM/speech APIs, fine‑tuning, vector DB's, RAG systems, and eval harnesses.

• Systems sleuthing: You instrument, trace, and root‑cause across Linux, containers, cloud infra, and databases.

• Scale mindset: Proven track record maintaining enterprise SLA's, crushing bugs, and making every second count for customer performance.

• Customer obsession: Comfortable jumping on calls with customers to debug real‑world edge cases and ship fixes fast.
