The Process Optimization Developer on the Business Process Optimization (BPO) team plays a key role in designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions that streamline operations and improve business performance. This role contributes to the team’s mission of delivering measurable value through process optimization, automation, and data-driven insights. Working closely with cross-functional partners, the Developer helps translate business needs into scalable, sustainable solutions that support continuous improvement across the organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation and optimization solutions using a variety of tools and programming languages.
  • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Continuously improve existing solutions by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, scalability, and performance.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Contribute to project planning, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Present technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support the integration of automation tools and platforms into broader process improvement initiatives.

**Pay Range for this position is - $75,000 - $85,000

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent experience (minimum 4 years) will be considered in lieu of a degree.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1+ years of development experience in a high-level programming language; Python strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with front- and back-end data environments, APIs, and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Exposure to process improvement or business operations is beneficial
