We're seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join our team. This role supports a wide range of HR responsibilities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee support, timekeeping, and benefits coordination. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a generalist role, enjoys variety in their day, and wants to grow in the HR field.


Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws 
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in HR, Business, or a related field 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role
     

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Requirements

  • Support the full cycle of employee onboarding, including job postings, interviews, orientation, and documentation 
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including payroll, benefits, and time off
  • Assist with employee relations by supporting managers in handling routine workplace issues professionally and confidentially
  • Help administer benefit programs and respond to employee questions about coverage and policies
  • Monitor timekeeping records, process paid time off requests, and communicate with payroll to ensure accurate pay
  • Coordinate basic training and compliance documentation
  • Support HR policy updates and help ensure consistency in application
  • Assist with workers’ compensation, short-term disability, and leave tracking
  • Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture
