Position: Office Adminstration Summer Internship
Reports To: Office Operations Leader
Classification: Non-Exempt
Office Administration Summer Internship: Approximately 3-month part-time (20 hours per week) summer internship focused on supporting the operation of the Seattle office, including a variety of misc. projects associated with administering the office. Will work with office leaders and office administrator.
Requirements
Essential Functions:
· Assist in a variety of office administration tasks including answering phones, reconciling expenses, and scheduling events
· Assist in misc. projects associated with supporting projects and marketing.
· Assist in organizing the physical office space as needed.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Strong organizational skills, self-motivated

Work Environment
· This position operates in a professional open office environment with low to moderate noise levels including collaborative work areas for team meetings. Each office provides collaborative work areas and shared resources such as video conferencing, printing/scanning, and a café for dining. Building construction sites may include varying temperatures, wind, dust, and noise levels and may include hazardous and dirty conditions.
Physical Demands
· Hand/Wrist/Finger dexterity for 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week
· Ability to lift a set of construction documents
· Ability to sit for long periods of time

· This is a part-time position with the expectation of working 20 hours per week
