Be at the Forefront of AI Innovation at MYOB
We're looking for a Senior Platform Product Manager to join us and lead the vision and growth of MYOB’s internal data and AI platforms, driving innovation through scalable, future-ready services for our SaaS business management platform.
In this role you will drive the platform strategy, scale-up and accelerating innovation, enabling responsible AI adoption, and delivering trusted, compliant, and user-friendly data capabilities.
This high-impact role connects strategy with execution, turning the needs of developers, analysts, and AI teams into powerful, scalable, and secure services.
The Role
As a foundational member of the Data and AI team, you will sit at the crossroads of cloud, data, ML/AI, governance, and UX. You will help mold the next generation of digital product delivery at MYOB. This is a unique opportunity to:
- Define and develop a full suite of Data & AI platform services, spanning core data, analytics, MLOps, AI sandboxing, third-party integrations, and governance.
- Provide "platform as a service" with a focus on approach, iterative roadmaps, strategic alignment, and user feedback.
- Communicate platform vision and value clearly across technical and executive audiences.
- Enable fast, safe innovation through environment isolation and sandboxing for emerging tech exploration.
- Track and share metrics on platform performance, workload efficiency, and cost.
- Drive a compliant-by-design approach in partnership with governance, legal, privacy, and security, offering self-service compliance tools.
- Collaborate with engineers across teams to build scalable, resilient, and efficient platform services.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation to elevate data engineering outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in leading all aspects of public or internal platforms, defining services, completing roadmaps, and coordinating end-to-end delivery and operations.
- Strong knowledge of data, analytics, ML, GenAI, governance, and quality, with practical application to real-world use cases.
- Experience applying design thinking and user research techniques to product development.
- Experienced in leading diverse collaborators and incorporating feedback to improve roadmaps and SLOs.
- Proven ability to partner with technical teams to deliver scalable, user-aligned platform services.
- Experience leading teams, setting goals, driving execution, and supporting growth.
- Track record of using market trends and emerging tech to improve products and maintain competitiveness
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, and relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty) are highly desirable.
