Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Lexington, Kentucky
Pay Range:  $70,000 – $90,000 annually (based on experience)

We are currently seeking Manufacturing Engineers for multiple clients in Lexington, Kentucky. These full-time positions encompass direct hire, short-term, and long-term contract opportunities with employers who value innovation, analytical thinking, and technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components to meet project requirements.

• Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the feasibility, design, operation, and performance of equipment and systems.

• Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs into overall product development.

• Perform testing and validation of mechanical systems to ensure functionality and reliability.

• Identify and implement design improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering within a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
