MSM Technology is looking to bring on an experienced Recruiter to support our recruiting and delivery teams. The Recruiter position is responsible for assisting in sourcing efforts to find and hire top talent for a wide range of Information Technology positions; cleared and non-cleared; administrative and technical positions supporting federal government contracts.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled, reviews job descriptions for clarity
  • Responsible for working with a high volume of job openings, including providing proposal recruiting support 
  • Prioritize recruiting activities (identify, recruit, source, screen all levels of candidates)
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring/Project Managers and ensure any HR/Recruiting questions from candidates are answered
  • Fill open positions from Entry Level to Subject Matter Experts (SME)
  • Make recommendations to meet rapidly changing staffing needs (advise on hiring temp agencies, internal applicants, internships, etc.) 
  • Develop/refine recruiting templates, processes and standard operating procedures 
  • Assist with reporting on EEO metrics for the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and maintain compliance
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines and track the recruiting matrix 
  • Collaborate with recruiting team to report on metrics, recruitment activities and outcomes with senior leadership
  • Monitor and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and resume database (Paylocity)
  • Stay up to date on trends and developments within the recruiting function

Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of and previous experience with government contracting
  • 3 years of Recruiting experience
  • Must have experience with sourcing candidates
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and IT terminology
  • Knowledge of OFCCP standards and regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize
  • Strong problem-solving skills and trouble-shooting ability 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills – experience with meeting minutes and capturing interview information
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience. Paylocity preferred.
  • Must have a remote location with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
