We’re on the hunt for a highly creative and efficient Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced and growing team at a leading U.S.-based brick toy brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in performance-driven creative environments and is passionate about delivering visually compelling content at scale.
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our digital presence by creating high-volume performance ads (target: up to 100 per month), designing engaging product and landing pages, and working across various licensed intellectual property (IP) style guides. You should have a keen eye for design, a strategic mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly while maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-volume, performance-driven ad creatives (target: up to 100 per month) for use across digital marketing platforms.
- Develop engaging product pages and landing pages that enhance the user experience and drive conversions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creatives, adhering to various licensed IP and character style guides.
- Leverage AI tools and workflows to scale creative output efficiently and meet monthly production goals.
- Conduct competitor research to identify trends, creative strategies, and design inspiration.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand marketing goals and translate them into compelling visual content.
- Take full ownership of assigned projects, from concept through delivery, with minimal supervision.
- Iterate rapidly based on performance data, feedback, and creative testing outcomes.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in performance creative or direct response advertising design.
- Proven ability to deliver high volumes of creative assets on tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere.
- Experience designing within licensed IP and brand character style guides is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar) and how they integrate into a design workflow.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating performance creatives, product pages, and digital campaigns.
- Excellent attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
- Must not use Canva for any design or editing tasks; strong preference for Adobe software.
