About the Role

We’re looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to lead Mixpanel’s demand generation globally, with a focus on driving high-quality pipeline, accelerating revenue, and supporting international expansion.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for orchestrating full-funnel, cross-functional marketing programs that fuel Mixpanel’s growth. You’ll partner closely with sales, SDRs, RevOps, and product marketing to deliver results through strategic ABM, vertical campaigns, and outbound acceleration.

This role also plays a key connector between our product-led motion and enterprise pipeline, helping identify, nurture, and convert high-intent product users into sales-qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own NB and Expansion pipeline growth globally, delivering integrated campaigns that convert target accounts across North America, EMEA, and APAC
  • Lead and evolve industry-specific campaigns and integrated campaigns, adopting tailored GTM strategies and content for high-opportunity sectors
  • Partner with sales leadership to build and execute ABM programs aligned to top accounts and territories
  • Help scale the SDR team, delivering messaging, campaign support, and plays that drive outbound effectiveness
  • Optimize Mixpanel’s website and digital experiences for buyer conversion across geos, personas, and stages of the funnel
  • Partner with RevOps to build scalable reporting and attribution frameworks, giving visibility into campaign performance and ROI
  • Design and run lifecycle nurture programs that activate, re-engage leads across all channels and upsell self-serve users into sales conversations
  • Work with product and growth teams to test and expand PLG-to-SLG handoff strategies, such as PQL scoring, usage-based outreach, and in-app CTAs
  • Hire, mentor, and scale a global team of growth marketers

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with 5+ years in a demand or growth leadership role
  • Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue in sales-led GTM environments
  • Experience with ABM and integrated marketing campaigns in a complex, multi-stakeholder buying process
  • Hands-on experience building and managing successful SDR or outbound marketing partnerships
  • Familiarity with global growth strategies, including regional localization, field marketing, and multi-geo campaign orchestration
  • Strong understanding of PLG principles, particularly as they relate to enterprise selling and product-qualified leads
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, 6sense, G2 or similar tools
  • Highly collaborative, metrics-driven, and excited to move fast and test often
  • Comfortable managing hybrid teams across time zones

Benefits and Perks

  • Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental Care
  • Mental Wellness Benefit
  • Generous Vacation Policy & Additional Company Holidays
  • Enhanced Parental Leave
  • Volunteer Time Off
  • Additional US Benefits: Pre-Tax Benefits including 401(K), Wellness Benefit, Holiday Break
