About the Team
About the Role
You’ll play a critical role in activating our go-to-market strategy by supporting executive engagement, sponsored and owned events, targeted account activations, webinars, and the localisation of global campaigns. Your work will help accelerate pipeline, increase customer engagement, and drive awareness across key markets.
What you’ll do
Support strategic field programs across Asia, including:
- Executive events and account-based activations
- Sponsored event coordination and partner marketing collaborations
- High-impact webinars
- Industry-specific initiatives
Campaign Localisation and Amplification
- Adapt and execute global and regional campaigns to fit local nuances, ensuring resonance with target audiences in Asia
Sales & Partner Enablement
- Collaborate with sales and partner teams to align marketing efforts to business priorities, key accounts, and market opportunities
APJ Program Management
- Lead or support cross-region APJ initiatives, working with peers in ANZ and Japan on regional rollouts and shared goals
Performance Tracking & ROI Reporting
- Measure the effectiveness of programs with clear KPIs (pipeline, engagement, lead quality) and provide regular reporting for continuous improvement
- Manage event and program spend, ensuring efficiency and alignment with regional goals
- Oversee external vendors for event delivery, translations, or local production
What you’ll need
- 5–8 years experience in B2B field or regional marketing roles, ideally in SaaS or technology sectors
- Experienced in event marketing, campaign activation, and working with sales teams in a field capacity
- Experience with account-based marketing
- Comfortable localising messaging, assets, and experiences for culturally diverse markets
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously across stakeholders and regions
- Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments with a bias for action
