Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $87,200.00 - $130,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

* Candidates must reside in the Atlanta, GA market.

This role focuses on business intelligence and operational data analysis under the Decision Support team supporting the Vehicle Solutions (Assurance and Vehicle Information). The Decision Support team leverages AI/ML and business data analysis capabilities to extract insights from the vast amounts of data to create new capabilities and optimize operations efficiencies.  Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing our BI reporting resources, drive efforts through self-servicing and automation, generating insightful deep-dives on problem solving and hypothesis analysis inquired by the business partners. The analyst will engage directly with our internal partners, facilitate meetings, and present in business reviews related to those analyses.

Vehicle Solutions Support

  • Support the VI business process managers in their operations efficiencies initiatives (UCI, CR, and other inspection processes)

  • Perform process-specific requirements analysis, develops business process descriptions, and creates detailed process documentation

  • Support data analysis content for business cases, simulations and proposals for enhancements and new process developments

  • Maintain and enhance the business intelligence reporting suite to support the business managers

Assurance Sales Reporting and Analysis

  • Provide daily support for the sales directors requests, including on-demand reports, commission assignments, and data corrections

  • Produce and release various reports on enrollments, upgrades, cancellations, and performance metrics multiple times per week

  • Generate and distribute monthly reports on new client welcome messaging, client churn, transactions pipeline opportunity insights, and updates for eligible clients and price reductions

  • Draft, align, and finalize quarterly goals and manages the production and approval of the directors and managers quarterly payouts

  • Track team changes and updates reporting mechanisms accordingly

Additional Responsibilities

  • Produce analysis on client retention and revenue conversion

  • Support the development of a retention data science model

  • Continue to streamline, standardize, and further automate current processes

Required Experience & Specialized Knowledge and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or another related field with 4+ years of experience focused on pricing optimization, data analysis, and client management. A candidate may also have a Master’s Degree with 2+ years of experience or a Ph.D. with 1+ year of experience. A non-degreed candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience in client-facing roles, pricing optimization, or a similar field.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and data science, to manage client requests, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Strong communication skills and project management experience are a must

  • Understanding methods, techniques, and tools used for data analysis (SQL, Tableau, Excel).

  • Basic proficiency with Tableau or other BI tools to develop straightforward dashboards or charts.

  • Understanding data wrangling, feature engineering, and the fundamentals of quality assurance.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to interpret data patterns, break down business problems, and propose basic solutions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, open to feedback, share progress and ask questions to ensure alignment with team goals.

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

  • Desire to continually learn and grow analytical skillset.

  • Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements.
