Location: In-Office Miami, FL 33180

Hourly Rate: $20 per hour, full-time plus bonus

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Languages Required: English & Spanish (Bilingual)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, bilingual Call Center Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is essential to our lead intake and client acquisition process, serving as the first point of contact for individuals seeking elderly care services. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, persuasive, and passionate about supporting families in need of home health solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from potential clients and leads in a timely, compassionate, and professional manner
  • Conduct outbound calls to cold leads provided by our system to generate new interest and qualify prospects
  • Guide callers through our intake process, collecting essential information and entering data accurately into our CRM
  • Clearly communicate the value of our services to convert inquiries into scheduled assessments
  • Schedule consultations or follow-ups with field representatives or care coordinators
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our elderly care services and effectively address questions or objections
  • Follow up with leads as needed to ensure consistent outreach and conversion
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Meet or exceed weekly performance metrics related to call volume, lead conversion, and data accuracy

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in a call center, sales, or lead generation role required
  • Familiarity with elderly care, home health, or senior services is a strong plus
  • Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new CRM tools quickly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic, patient, and professional demeanor
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and organized


Compensation & Benefits

  • $20 per hour, full-time
  • $75 commission for each qualified appointment booked (regardless of closure)
