THE JOB:
The Workforce Management Supervisor inspires and empowers schedulers to excel in creating weekly schedules and managing daily operational tasks. As a supervisor, you serve as a key leadership liaison between Specialists and management. By fostering a supportive environment, this role not only enhances productivity but also cultivates a culture of excellence within the team.

THE STARTING RATE: $29.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Train and enhance the Workforce Management Specialists’ skills to improve scheduling solutions as well as their personal growth
Discover new best practices to best utilize staffing while following current labor agreements and regulations
Balance specialists’ workloads between weekly scheduling and daily operations
Ensure the Workforce Management team’s completion of daily schedule operations, such as leave requests and call outs

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Experience overseeing other's work, assigning task and resolving conflicts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear instructions and feedback
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
