Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via email, phone, and chat
Assist users with questions related to software tools, features, and troubleshooting
Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues
Provide users with guidance on best practices for utilizing our software
Gather user feedback to improve our software offerings and service quality
Engage in training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends

Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
Prior experience in customer support, ideally in the software or technology sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
