Memorial MRI and Diagnostic, part of the DICOT family, is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to serve as a key liaison between internal departments, providers, and clients. In this role, you’ll help ensure smooth communication, manage referral activity, and provide critical support for ongoing business operations and strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and track patient referrals and incoming client requests
• Support the Business Development team with data entry, reporting, and project follow-ups 
• Communicate with providers, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery 
• Respond to requests from Business Development Representatives and Management 
• Assist with scheduling, event coordination, and special projects as assigned
   

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in customer service, sales support, or healthcare coordination preferred 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities 
• Familiarity with CRM systems or referral tracking platforms a plus 
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and independently when needed 
• A proactive and professional approach to problem solving
