A Day in the Life

As a Project Coordinator III, you will play a critical role in supporting service operations and project activities within GRSS. You will manage workflows, inventory-related initiatives, and operational processes, ensuring alignment with team goals and objectives. You will work closely with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Finance, Field Returns, Regional Service, and Distribution Center Operations, to achieve shared outcomes.

A Day in the Life

As a Project Coordinator III, you will play a critical role in supporting service operations and project activities within GRSS. You will manage workflows, inventory-related initiatives, and operational processes, ensuring alignment with team goals and objectives. You will work closely with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Finance, Field Returns, Regional Service, and Distribution Center Operations, to achieve shared outcomes.

You will:

  • Support project coordination activities, including tracking key deliverables, timelines, and progress.
  • Execute inventory management processes and procedures, including cycle counts and tracking activity against key performance indicators.
  • Manage material movements and delivery for capital and spare part requests.
  • Collaborate with the North Haven Field Returns team to plan inventory movements.
  • Deliver operational results to internal stakeholders and resolve inventory/service transaction conflicts.
  • Execute SAP system transactions for service operations, including field service, repair, returns management, refurbishment, and logistics.
  • Maintain organized electronic filing systems (e.g., OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) for project records and service operations.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability.
  • Provide administrative support for project tracking activities, expense submissions, and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and participate in necessary training to maintain world-class operations.

Must Have: Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, administrative support, or inventory management.

Nice to Have:

  • Surgical robotic system experience.
  • Field or depot service experience.
  • Planning and inventory management experience.
  • SAP module experience.
  • Knowledge of distribution, logistics, warehousing, and transportation in a highly regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated success in effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Requires minimum of 4 years of relevant experience .

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$54,400-$81,600

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Please note some of the above benefits may not apply to workers in Puerto Rico.
