A Day in the Life
This position sits in our Enterprise Risk & Facilities (ERF) team, which is driving global standardization, efficiency, and excellence in our core areas of Facilities, Real Estate, Enterprise Risk, Global Value Stream Business Continuity, Executive Services, and Physical Security.Are you a passionate, dedicated, and motivated project management mind looking for a new challenge? As the Business Process Program Manager, you will manage a variety of projects to deliver on key business strategies and initiatives.
Be a leader and innovator, while becoming part of the Medtronic family. Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key business processes.
This role will be based in Fridley at OHQ

Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key business processes
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, facilities management team, and key stakeholders
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports, executive level presentations
Monitors the project from initiation through delivery
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
Presents project updates to senior leaders as needed
Ability to manage several competing priorities
Drive continuous improvement, cost savings
Must Haves
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Project Management experience OR advanced degree and 3+ years of experience
Nice to Have
Experience with Medtronic Performance System (MPS)
Familiarity working in Operations
Lean Sigma experience
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, general software applications
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
