Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to liaise with customers to develop quality relationships that deliver exceptional satisfaction from key stakeholders.  The role is key to supporting Cogent's continued strategic growth and development of the business through activities which support our customers to generate value while achieving Cogent's revenue growth targets. This role is full time with hybrid working arrangements.

 

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with our stakeholders including maintaining account management plans for all key clients
  • Work collaboratively with the operational team to ensure customer SLA's are being met and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet the specified KPI's and achieve annual budgeted revenue targets
  • Contribute to the customer engagement requirements including coordination of marketing activities, conferences, marcomms and new customer enquiries.

Qualifications

Cogent is looking for a dynamic person with:

  • A tertiary qualification in health or business 
  • Industry knowledge of early-intervention programs and/or workers compensation and/or employer clinical services and/or experience in occupational health
  • Prior experience with managing customer contracts and relationships is desirable
  • Exposure to marcomms and or change processes also desirable.
  • Sound organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent IT skills in MS Office and strong customer service focus
  • Hold and maintain an Australian Driver's Licence as onsite visits are expected
