The Senior BCBA / Interim Site Director is the ultimate coach, mentor, and guide for up-and-coming BCBAs at one of our MeBe Learning Centers. This role is all about sharing your expertise, shaping future leaders, and making sure clinical care is top-notch—all while keeping the learning process engaging and fun! You’ll be the go-to resource for reviewing clinical programming, fine-tuning assessment documentation, and providing support and encouragement as newer BCBAs grow their confidence and skills.

About What You’ll Work On:

Clinical Excellence Duties:

  • Conduct initial assessments and FBAs

  • Host tours for prospective families 

  • Maintain own 2-tiered client caseload

  • Supervise Mid-level supervisors, in compliance with funding source guidelines

  • Engage in quality assurance activities, including but not limited to treatment plan reviews, program creation and execution, session note reviews, Quality Assurance checks for all ABA supervisors, and ensuring minimum requirements are met (RBT supervision, parent training, case supervision)

  • Train new BCBAs and provide 5% supervision while new hire is awaiting credentialing

  • Provide clinical consultation/mentorship to all BCBAs

    • Hold monthly 1:1 meetings focusing on clinical skills

    • Provide clinical consults 1x/quarter (overlaps)

  • Oversee clinical processes under direction of Site Director

    • Coverage of BTSS duties, if BTSS is out of office

    • Manage ABA School Readiness Program

    • Interview, train, and monitor clinical quality of Floaters

    • Oversee case transition process to ensure quality cases for new supervisor

    • Manage Social Groups and SGLs

      • Observe each social group at minimum 1x/quarter

      • Interview and train SGLs

  • Escalate any clinical concerns, after coaching/modeling, for supervisory team members, to the Site Director

  • Assist in performance reviews (all related roles) in collaboration with Site Director, as needed

  • Work in collaboration with the Training Department to be a MeBe Mentor for MeBe candidates

  • Hold disciplinary meetings for Behavior Technicians, as assigned by the Site Director

  • Listed as primary supervisor on RBT account via BACB website

    • Complete necessary RBT renewals

  • Meet billable hour requirements as determined by your Sr. Director/Director, based on Site (number of clinicians) / Type (hybrid vs. center), on average 20-27

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB

  • Minimum of 3 years, post-certification, position working as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA

  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation

Metrics of Success- 

  1. Meet weekly billable requirement as determined by Site Director on a consistent basis

  2. 100% compliance on 3-tiered supervision requirements

  3. Ensuring ABA Supervisors meet the following requirements, and meeting the following requirements for any of their 2-tier cases:

    1. 90% or better Supervisor Clinical QA scores 

    2. Ensure 5% BT Supervision is met monthly

    3. Ensure 10-20% Client Supervision is met monthly

    4. Ensure monthly parent training requirement is met

    5. 90% or better on time ABA treatment plan submission
