Little People Collector celebrates the world’s most cherished characters and franchises by transforming them into the classic and whimsical Little People style. From cult classics to current hits, we work with top entertainment brands to create one-of-a-kind collectibles that fans love.

Job Description

The Opportunity: 

As Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead on managing and growing the Little People Collector portfolio. You'll be part of a dynamic and creative team responsible for building global brand strategy, developing new products in collaboration with design and licensing partners, and delivering marketing campaigns that connect with collectors worldwide.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

 

  • Lead product development for Little People Collector, from concept to shelf, in partnership with design, engineering, and licensing teams
  • Drive business strategy, managing partnerships, product drops, and promotional planning to deliver against financial goals
  • Engage collector communities, leveraging fan insights and behaviors to shape product offerings and marketing tactics
  • Develop marketing assets and global campaign materials in coordination with cross-functional partners
  • Own portfolio performance, leading global P&L management and supporting commercial execution
  • Collaborate across teams, acting as the connective tissue between design, finance, commercial teams, and external partners

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, product development, or related roles
  • A strong understanding of licensed products, pop culture trends, and/or collector communities
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing financial targets
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit
  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $120,000.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience. Mattel offers competitive total pay programs, comprehensive benefits, and resources to help empower a culture where every employee can reach their full potential.
