The Junior Sales and Marketing Assistant will support the sales and marketing teams in executing strategies to drive business growth. This role involves assisting with market research, developing marketing materials, and supporting sales activities. Job Summary:
The Junior Sales and Marketing Assistant will support the sales and marketing teams in executing strategies to drive business growth. This role involves assisting with market research, developing marketing materials, and supporting sales activities. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Handle customer inquiries and provide support to senior sales representatives.
- Marketing Support: Support and maintain salesforce. Help develop and implement marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and email marketing.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content. Work with the Goldstein Group and corporate to provide TE team with all marketing materials needed.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and preparing reports.
- Support Metallurgy customers- select a few accounts.
- Learn order entry & expediting so they can fill in during vacations and when orders are heavy.
- Responsible for updating account information in Salesforce. Sales year to date, clean up quote’s other maintenance functions.
- Various other tasks
Requirements-
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively.
- Computer proficiency to include MS office, Excel and Salesforce.
