Growth Assistant
Job Description
Meet Aperture
At Aperture, we create value and drive growth by delivering exceptional product consultancy and advertising services to our global partners. Through data-driven strategies, we harness our expertise in performance marketing, creative strategy, and product optimisation to achieve outstanding results.
Founded in 2022 by industry visionary Hannah Parvaz, we’ve quickly made waves. Already twice recognised as Business Consultant of the Year and named 2024’s Most Innovative Growth Agency, our trajectory is nothing short of extraordinary.
Now, as we prepare to scale new heights in 2025, we’re building a dream team to fuel our ambitions. This is your chance to join us and be part of our incredible growth story. Are you ready to make an impact?
Our Culture:
- Growth mindset. We're hungry to learn and improve.
- Take full responsibility for every outcome—no excuses.
- Obsess over results. We're here to make a measurable impact.
- We’re data-obsessed. We let numbers, not opinions, guide our decisions.
- Client success is our success. Period.
- No ego. The best idea wins, regardless of who it comes from.
- Radical candour. We give and receive honest feedback to fuel growth.
Work from anywhere
Embrace our remote-first culture that prioritises impact over location. Work from wherever you're most productive, while enjoying meaningful connections with the team in London from time to time. We bring everyone together regularly for inspiring sessions and great conversations over amazing food, because the best ideas often start with "what if?"
Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and highly organised Growth Assistant to support our executive team across a variety of projects and day-to-day operations.
This entry-level role offers a rare opportunity to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience across sales, marketing, events management, and operations. One week, you may be leading the organisation of our next Aperture Sessions event in London; the next, following up with new business leads or supporting the creation of content for our founder's social media presence.
This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the confidence to clarify and manage vague or complex requests. A flair for design and creativity will be especially valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update our sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Coordinate and deliver content for our Founder’s social media presence, including designing assets, copy amendments, and scheduling.
- Manage the administration and upkeep of the company website.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Founder and Operations Director.
- Assist the Performance team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of events, including logistics and communications.
Required Experience & Skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and unafraid to ask questions or seek clarification.
- Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Figma, Adobe tools) and a good visual eye.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
- Comfortable with using productivity tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, or similar.
- Previous internship, freelance or project-based experience in a similar environment is a bonus but not essential.
