Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. Is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our company! Applicants must have at least 2 years’ experience in a fast paced, customer service environment where a large amount of phone calls were made/taken.

Responsibilities:
- Field incoming calls in a timely manner.
- Meet daily call center goals which include but not limited to:
- Making 100 outbound calls
- Booking appointments
- Doing some cross sells
- Educate customers on additional services, products, and service plans, which include upselling to customers
- Always maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards customers to build trust.
- Engage the customer to incite loyalty
- Provide World Class Customer Service Every day
- Collaborate in a team environment and enjoys a challenge in a fast-paced workplace.
Requirements
- Must be proficient in Excel, MSWord and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Provide great customer service by being motivated and energetic
- Multitask effectively and works well under pressure.
- Professional composure in varying situations
- Ability to work well with others
