Project Coordinator: This is where you come in.

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated SSP Project Coordinator to support our SSP Account Manager Team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring seamless project execution by collaborating closely with team members and consistently delivering excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to teamwork, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position reports directly to the SSP Project Coordinator Manager and is expected to uphold company standards, meet performance goals, and follow all established policies and procedures.

Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero: 

  • Accurately route and process all assigned project write-ups and change orders within 24 hours of receipt
  • Create, route, and manage all assigned leads (both internal and external) within 48 hours of receipt
  • Prepare and process warranties, and route startup reports for internal tasking within one week of receipt
  • Complete project closeouts and other customer-facing deliverables before assigned deadlines or within one week of receiving all required materials
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date project files
  • Support the onboarding and training of new SSP Sales and Project Coordinator team members
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports as requested, such as “Winning” emails and sales performance updates
  • Plan and coordinate weekly production meetings and assist with project needs that arise from meeting discussions

Your background:  What kind of person will thrive in this role? 

You should have…

  • At least two years of prior administrative experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
  • Familiarity with the mechanical industry is a plus
  • A general understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems and terminology is preferred
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, think critically, and communicate effectively

Compensation: $29/hr to $32/hr
