Job Description

Location: Remote/SF Bay Area

Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

As our Policy Partnerships Lead, you’ll lead the charge in turning LMArena’s values of neutrality, openness, and scientific rigor into real-world momentum. This role bridges our external relationships and go-to-market strategy, translating trust and credibility from the research and policy world into adoption, usage, and long-term platform growth.

You’ll work closely with academic institutions, policy leaders, think tanks, nonprofits, and industry collaborators to shape how LMArena is integrated into the AI ecosystem. Your work will help seed the platform in early research, policy conversations, and education, while building the kind of legitimacy and reach that drives community participation at scale.

This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering with product, marketing, and leadership. You’ll help define not just what we build, but who it’s for, and ensure our most trusted ecosystem partners help legitimize it into the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and activate key ecosystem partners (academic, nonprofit, industry) that can drive early usage, generate signal, and expand LMArena’s public footprint

  • Help shape messaging and positioning in collaboration with marketing and product to ensure alignment with values of openness, neutrality, and scientific rigor

  • Build frameworks for measuring ecosystem-driven impact on adoption, trust, and product feedback loops

  • Develop and maintain clear messaging and public facing content about LMArena’s methodology and contributions to public understanding, regulatory discussions, and platform trust

  • Convert ecosystem relationships into distribution channels by co-launching features, research, or evaluations that drive usage and credibility

  • Build early access and adoption programs with research labs, academic partners, and nonprofits to generate usage, trust, and organic word-of-mouth

  • Develop GTM partnerships that help seed LMArena into research workflows, educational settings, and regulatory discussions, expanding reach and relevance

  • Collaborate with marketing and product to turn ecosystem insights into high-leverage content, case studies, and positioning for new features

  • Define metrics and feedback loops to measure how ecosystem engagement contributes to user acquisition, activation, and long-term trust
