The Dispatch position plays a critical role in maintaining smooth shop operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a service dispatcher role, Preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in shop management software and computer systems.
• Prior Ford experience, A Plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The CA-based HOURLY range for this full-time position is $18.00 to $20.00/hr.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
