Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, scaling, and optimizing paid media and performance marketing initiatives to drive high-quality traffic and lead generation that supports sustainable growth. This role demands a high level of proficiency in digital marketing platforms—particularly Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads—along with strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills to ensure exceptional execution, measurement, and refinement of campaigns.

Candidate Profile This position is ideal for an experienced digital marketer with 7+ years in performance marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS, technology, or agency setting. You have a deep understanding of target audiences and personas across enterprise and SMB segments. You bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on analytical rigor and are comfortable navigating ambiguity in cross-functional environments. You're a proactive self-starter who can operate both independently and collaboratively, and you consistently translate data into actionable marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and scale paid media programs to drive qualified traffic and lead acquisition.
  • Manage paid search campaigns leveraging AI, automation, and smart bidding, with a focus on app install optimization.
  • Optimize channels and programs in alignment with integrated campaign strategies.
  • Activate and manage multi-channel ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts.
  • Oversee programmatic display and native advertising for brand awareness and education.
  • Ensure top-tier digital campaign delivery through strong execution, QA, and ongoing platform innovation.
  • Track campaign performance with comprehensive metrics, enabling advanced optimization.
  • Lead digital campaign operations, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with agency and partner expectations.
  • Own campaign tracking and analytics, collaborating with measurement and data science teams to develop reporting frameworks.
  • Continuously improve go-to-market processes and identify growth levers.
  • Conduct audience segmentation and performance testing to refine strategies.
  • Drive innovation in landing page experiences, form conversion, and assist with SEO and CRO efforts.
  • Support organic search strategies to accelerate traffic growth and prospect acquisition.
  • Translate campaign insights into stakeholder-facing reports, guiding sales and product marketing.
  • Use marketing data to uncover trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Build and maintain growth roadmaps through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead a rigorous testing and learning agenda across paid media efforts.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years in performance marketing within a B2B SaaS, technology, agency, or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing agencies and budgets for paid digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing and advertising technologies, including enrichment, routing, automation, nurturing, personalization, and monetization.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Data Studio, Salesforce, and other data analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams, including privacy, legal, and engineering.
  • Comfortable operating across time zones and adept at navigating complexity and ambiguity.

 

Location: New York (Onsite)

Role type: Contract 12 Month Position

Expected hours: 40 per week
