We are looking for a strategic Vice President of HR Business Partners to join our HR Leadership Team and support our Global Commercial Organization. You will lead a globally dispersed team, report to our Chief Human Resources Officer and partner with our Chief Commercial Officer and other Executive Leadership Team members, regional leaders, and retail teams. You will lead and develop the HR and people srategy in partnership with the Chief Commercial Officer to achieve our objectives and build a winning commercial organization.

You are a business-minded and people-driven leader who has experience working at scale across multiple geographies, navigating the complexities of a global workforce and delivering talent strategies that fuel our success.

About the Job

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the organizations long-term goals
  • Commercial Transformation: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the transformation into a world-class retailer
  • High-Performing Workforce: Lead HR plans driving toward an engaged and high-performing commercial organization
  • Team Leadership Lead a global team of HRBP's while driving collaboration and agreement with the HR Leadership Team
  • HR Programs: Improve adoption and create consistency of HR Programs working in close partnership with Centers of Excellence
  • Operational Efficiency: Guide workforce planning, HR Technology, and data-driven insights

About You

  • 15+ years of HR Experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a global leadership role managing multiple, cross-border and cross-cultural geographies
  • Executive level HR leadership across multiple departments
  • Experience at scale with a large, consumer and product-centric global organization
  • Global HR Expertise across geographically dispersed businesses
  • Experience in the Retail/Apparel Industry or experience working in an omni-channel environment
  • Experience with HR and business transformation implementing successful change management practices
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-performing teams

This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $393,500- $437,200 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
