Studio Manger

7 Layer Studio is a bold creative agency delivering strategy and design for ambitious brands. We’re seeking a full-time Studio Manager who brings clarity, calm, and momentum to everything we do.

This hybrid role blends project and task management, client communication, and studio operations. You'll work closely with our Creative Director and design team to keep projects moving, clients informed, and internal systems running smoothly. As a small team, we all wear many hats—so we’re looking for someone who is adaptable and excited to take on new responsibilities as they arise. If you're meticulously organized, energized by evolving processes, and love the rhythm of a creative studio, this may be the role for you.

• Have 2–5 years of experience in a creative agency or design studio environment
• Are meticulously organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally with clients and teammates
• Are energized by improving workflows, building structure, and keeping things moving
• Can juggle multiple priorities and timelines without letting the details slip
• Bonus: You’ve worked in brand, design, or communications environments before
