Job Description

  • Manage, monitor, control, and provide oversight and reporting of customer requirements life cycle, existing and future Requests for Service (RFS) and the supporting workflow tool
  • Recommend and implement efficiencies and improvements to the process and tool
  • Develop a solid understanding of organizational task order scope, stakeholders, to directly support task order execution
  • Support modifications to task order scope and operations
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with all business entities to drive organizational success
  • Build, develop and grow any additional business relationship vital to the success of the organization and the program
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and other presentations and brief stakeholders up to senior leaders
  • Be prepared to take on non-traditional roles within the organization with the goal of being able to represent multiple disciplines as the need arises
  • Oversee activities such as systems integration, systems and network administration, DoD communications systems and networks/protocols
  • Utilize knowledge of systems engineering with specific emphasis on requirements development and validation
  • Serve in a leadership capacity in a high-paced operational environment
  • Conduct problem analysis to determine root cause to implement positive solutions that truly solve issues
  • Apply critical thinking to both challenges and opportunities to improve situations
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Training: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in technical, business, or related field required

Experience:

    • 6+ years of Program Management or associated experience, including experience with Earned Value Management, control account management, and property development
    • Demonstrated experience with waterfall, agile, and hybrid project methodologies       
    • Experience with missile defense operations and interconnectivity; theater, midcourse, and terminal missile defense preferred   

Security:

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
  • Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
  • Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
  • Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary: $140,000 - 150,000
