Who You Are
As a People Operations Program & Enablement Manager on our People Operations team, you will own the development and execution of project plans, programs, communications, and training designed to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Your passion for HR and people-first approach will drive you to create outstanding employee experiences. Proactive and highly organized, you bring operational rigor to everything you do - from managing key employee lifecycle moments to driving scalable enablement initiatives. You excel at connecting the dots across people, processes, and platforms to ensure seamless execution.

You're eager to own project plans, programs, communications, and training initiatives that drive engagement and ensure our employees feel supported and delighted. Your ability to manage confidential information with discretion, paired with strong cross-functional collaboration skills, will enable you to build impactful partnerships and programs that make a difference and contribute to a people-first culture within our growing People & Talent department.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Lead People Programs: Own the end-to-end execution of essential People programs - including New Hire Orientation, Employee Handbook rollouts, benefits activations, and annual renewals - ensuring a seamless experience from ideation to launch.
- Power Employee Enablement: Design, facilitate, and continuously improve training programs aligned with employee needs and business goals, using insights and feedback to inform content and delivery..
- Project Management: Drive complex People Operations projects, including benefits renewals, end-of-year tax processes, and policy updates, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informed along the way.
- Communications & Change Enablement: Craft and deliver clear, consistent, and empathetic employee communications for key lifecycle moments—helping employees navigate change with confidence and clarity.
- Data-Informed Strategy: Analyze data to uncover trends, track program effectiveness, and generate actionable insights that inform strategy and optimize employee experience and enablement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and business leaders to drive People initiatives forward in a human and strategic way.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead quality assurance efforts, using feedback and insights to evolve and scale People programs and initiatives. Develop and maintain scalable programs, projects and processes that align with business needs and enhance employee experience.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for issue resolution, seeing problems through to completion with accountability and care.
- Flex to Impact: Take on new opportunities beyond your core scope that support the broader People strategy and organizational goals.
- Perform other related responsibilities as needed based on department and/or organizational needs.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management or program experience within a tech-forward organization
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the learning and development and/or HR space
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for making complex things simple(r)
- Team player who puts the needs of the project and group first
- Able to manage up and navigate multiple teams and their priorities and needs
- Proven ability to interpret data to inform decisions and measure outcomes
- Strong communication skills, including facilitation and presentation skills
- High degree of discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential information
- Strong presentation and data manipulation skills
- High Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello), and HRIS systems a plus
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $109,000.00 - $119,900.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
