One Rhythm - Marketing Project Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager who thrives in client-facing roles and loves bringing order to the chaos of campaigns. You’ll be a natural communicator, super organized, and ready to take initiative to improve processes and keep things running smoothly.

Your main focus will be managing our client relationships and overseeing the delivery of marketing campaigns from start to finish.

In this role, you will:

📞 Build and maintain strong client relationships as their go-to contact
🗣️ Communicate creative and operational feedback clearly and efficiently
🧑‍💻 Serve as the first line of support for client inquiries in Basecamp
🧭 Guide both clients and the internal team through decisions and timelines
📅 Organize and lead kickoff calls, set agendas, and manage campaign timelines
📂 Set up campaign schedules and update internal tracking systems
📊 Create briefs, summary docs, and campaign-related materials
📣 Schedule and host R1 Comps calls with clients
✅ Keep Basecamp organized—tag team members, manage folders, and archive old campaigns
📝 Document and update internal processes and create SOPs where needed

👩🏽‍💻Support the Account Executive in back-end project management, ensuring smooth execution and coordination of deliverables and timelines.

You're probably someone who takes initiative naturally - you don’t wait around for someone to tell you what needs fixing.

You’re friendly and proactive, highly organized, and always thinking two steps ahead.

Whether it’s guiding a client or supporting your teammates, you’re solution-oriented and bring a calm, confident vibe that others trust and rely on.

🕐 Working hours: This is a full-time role, and we’d love someone who can overlap at least 4–5 hours with Eastern Time.

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ 2+ years’ experience as a project manager.

✅ 3+ years in an agency, client-facing, fast-paced, high-demand environments
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Fluent or native-level English
✅ Super organized with great attention to detail
✅ Able to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay cool under pressure
✅ Comfortable working both independently and with a team

Brownie points:
