One of our companies is currently looking for a Software Engineer in the UK.
This is a unique opportunity for a senior software engineer to join a remote-first product team building mission-critical, high-performance applications in the cybersecurity space. You’ll play a key role in leading technical initiatives, collaborating closely with designers and product managers, and driving innovation across the engineering organization. The ideal candidate brings both deep technical expertise and a passion for solving complex problems that have real-world impact. You’ll have the opportunity to shape product direction, mentor team members, and work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and resilient features and systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions aligned with business objectives
- Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in company-wide engineering initiatives
- Guide and mentor peers through code reviews, pairing, and technical leadership
- Take ownership of the software development lifecycle from planning to release
- Continuously improve code quality and engineering processes across teams
- 5+ years of full-stack software development experience in a SaaS environment
- Proficiency with Ruby on Rails, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages
- Strong background in designing and building production-grade systems
- Experience working in agile development environments and cross-functional teams
- Bonus if experienced in GraphQL, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, or generative AI applications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
