One of our companies is currently looking for a (Senior) Software Engineer (f/m/d) Fullstack/Backend in Germany.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated (Senior) Software Engineer (f/m/d) with a focus on backend development and fullstack capabilities. You’ll work in a cross-functional team developing scalable platform solutions that support a consistent and smooth user experience across multiple domains. You will contribute to the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of critical platform services using modern technologies like Java, TypeScript, and AWS. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about clean code, cloud infrastructure, and agile collaboration to make a meaningful impact in a product-driven environment.
Accountabilities:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, QA, and data engineers
· Develop and evolve key services in an event-driven microservices architecture
· Build and maintain backend APIs using Java and TypeScript
· Contribute to impactful frontend visualizations with React
· Take full ownership of your code from development to deployment ("You build it, you own it")
· Participate in agile ceremonies and continuous delivery practices
· Help maintain platform stability and improve user experience across domains
· Extensive experience in backend and fullstack development (Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, Node.js)
· Proficiency with React and CSS for frontend development
· Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambdas, ECS) and managing web apps in cloud environments
· Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases (DynamoDB) and solid SQL fundamentals
· Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and DevOps practices
· Passion for clean, performant, and well-tested code
· Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
· Strong team spirit and a proactive, collaborative work approach
