One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer in Texas.
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Customer Success Engineer to join a growing technical team. This role involves supporting enterprise clients by implementing and integrating advanced application security solutions, providing expert troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth adoption and optimization of a cutting-edge software delivery platform. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts, helping them achieve business goals through deep product knowledge and strategic guidance. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with strong experience in AppSec, DevOps, and Kubernetes, combined with a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Accountabilities:
- Serve as the main technical contact for a portfolio of strategic customers
- Guide clients through onboarding, configuration, and ongoing optimization of platform usage
- Handle Tier 1–3 support requests, driving fast and effective resolution
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to provide an integrated support experience
- Create and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and solution guides
- Act as the subject matter expert on platform modules and integrations
- Provide insights and feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the customer journey
- Support on-premise deployments and cloud-native environments, especially on Kubernetes
- 5+ years of experience in roles such as Customer Success Engineer, Technical Architect, or DevOps Consultant
- Strong background in application security, DevOps, and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Familiarity with platforms like OpenShift, Rancher, or PCF
- In-depth understanding of CI/CD practices, automation, and infrastructure-as-code
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate technical issues clearly
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
- Competitive base salary between $160,000 – $180,000 USD annually
