Product Portfolio Director (Remote - US)

One of our companies is currently looking for a Product Portfolio Director in the United States.
We are seeking a seasoned Product Portfolio Director with deep expertise in European automotive data to lead the development and execution of strategic product roadmaps. In this role, you will guide cross-functional teams to build data-centric digital products that address real customer needs, particularly within EU automotive markets. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, UX, sales, and client teams to deliver innovative solutions. This is a remote-first position offering high ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to influence key product decisions across a global organization.
Accountabilities:
- Drive product roadmap execution and deliver enhancements that align with strategic business objectives
- Collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to gather insights and define customer-centric solutions
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Product Managers, Analysts, Designers, and Engineers
- Translate product vision into tangible deliverables including documentation, wireframes, and business requirements
- Define pricing, syndication strategies, and integrate supporting datasets into new solutions
- Evaluate new technologies and oversee partnerships that enhance the product portfolio
- 8–10 years of experience with data-driven services and applications
- 3–5 years of direct experience with European automotive data
- Strong knowledge of EU automotive industry dynamics and vehicle data
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional product development teams
- Experience launching and managing complex digital products, ideally for automotive retail/desking solutions
- Skilled in data integration, syndication, and analysis of consumer engagement metrics
- Proficient in JIRA and other product development tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize evolving product goals
- Experience creating BRDs, wireframes, and solution documentation
