One of our companies is currently looking for a Principal Product Manager in the United States.

As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead the development of foundational AI platform capabilities, focusing on deep learning and generative AI technologies. You will play a critical role in shaping a Kubernetes-based platform for building AI models and applications, collaborating across multiple teams to bring innovative AI solutions to market. Your expertise will guide product strategy, drive technical decision-making, and enable cross-departmental programs that maximize AI’s impact for customers. This role requires balancing technical knowledge with strategic vision to translate complex problems into actionable plans that unlock business value.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead technical product discussions and provide thought leadership during product reviews.
  • Design and implement process and strategy frameworks to support goal setting, decision making, and impact measurement.
  • Manage end-to-end project plans ensuring timely delivery across analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Engineering, Product, GTM, Partners, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to execute growth initiatives.
  • Own the execution of infrastructure supporting AI/ML workloads such as computer vision, NLP, speech/audio, and personalization.
  • Use data-driven insights and industry trends to influence product direction and business strategy.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical product management or managing delivery of technical capabilities.
  • Proven track record introducing transformative “0 to 1” products that shift market dynamics.
  • Deep knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure for on-premises and cloud environments, including hybrid cloud scenarios with restricted connectivity.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (Master’s in Engineering/Data Science, MBA) and active security clearance are advantageous.
  • Experience working with cloud services for Data and ML preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and program management skills with ability to navigate complex technical landscapes.
