One of our companies is currently looking for a Business Development Representative in the UK.

This role is ideal for a driven and creative individual passionate about building meaningful connections with prospects and customers. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging and qualifying inbound leads while also executing strategic outbound outreach to generate high-quality sales opportunities. You will play a key role in the early stages of the sales funnel by understanding customer needs, articulating value, and nurturing leads toward sales readiness. The position offers a fast-paced environment where curiosity, collaboration, and adaptability are highly valued.

Accountabilities:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via calls, forms, or chat, qualifying prospects and capturing key information.
  • Conduct research and execute personalized outbound campaigns to generate new pipeline.
  • Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales executives for follow-up and closure.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of leads, prospects, and outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Support cross-sell and upsell motions by staying informed on product developments and customer needs.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets in a sales or lead generation environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on listening and relationship-building.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and a proactive attitude in a fast-changing, collaborative setting.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), outreach tools, and Google Suite preferred.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity products or clients is a plus.
