We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Product Marketing Analyst to lead critical, high-impact growth initiatives, including top-priority projects directly sponsored by the CEO. This role demands strong project management skills and a results-driven mindset to deliver measurable business outcomes. Key areas of focus include driving global B2B lead generation, championing the adoption of AI-powered workflows across sales enablement, enhancing brand reputation and NPS across all markets, and supporting high-priority ad hoc business needs.

• Sales Enablement Support: Collaborate closely with the Sales Enablement team to elevate the sales organization’s adoption of the new product, driving direct pipeline impact (improving conversion from first meeting to closed-won).
• AI Workflow Adoption: Drive the integration and adoption of AI tools across Sales Enablement, Communications, Design, and Web functions to boost efficiency.
• Performance Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable insights through reporting on marketing initiatives, campaign performance, lead quality, AI adoption, and brand reputation, enabling informed decision-making at the leadership level.
• NPS & Brand Reputation Analysis: Own end-to-end management of Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Brand Reputation Reporting (BRR), including continuous tracking, deep-dive analysis, and executive-ready reporting and strategies for improvement.
• B2B Demand Generation: Plan and execute, with the support of agencies, performance-driven campaigns to generate and nurture high-quality B2B leads, with a strong focus on promoting new AI-powered product offerings.

• Project Management Excellence: Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with precision, agility, and attention to detail.Analytical Strength: Strong expertise in data analysis, performance measurement, and transforming insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
• AI Curiosity and Practical Application: Deep interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI, combined with a hands-on approach to integrating AI solutions to optimize workflows, campaigns, and operational efficiency.
• Resilience Under Pressure and Rapid Learning: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment while working closely with top leadership. Demonstrated capacity to quickly absorb new information, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain high performance under pressure.
• Strong ownership and decisive decision-making are crucial. While a supportive strategic team will be available, this role requires driving your own work. This is not a role for someone seeking constant oversight; you will have the autonomy to lead your projects.
