We are looking for a Director of Sales & Business Development to lead and grow our multi-region sales team, develop new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships that drive long-term success.

  

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of high-performing sales professionals.
  • Travel regularly (approx. 75%) to support field sales activities and customer visits.
  • Analyze performance metrics and execute strategies to exceed sales and gross margin goals.
  • Build and manage relationships with key strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Logistics, and other departments to ensure alignment and customer      satisfaction.
  • Manage large, complex deal negotiations with professionalism and precision.
  • Deliver monthly performance reviews and action plans to maintain momentum and meet targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and create actionable growth plans.

  

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of proven success in sales roles, ideally in flooring, building materials, or B2B distribution.
  • 5+ years of direct leadership experience managing sales teams across regions or territories.
  • Strong negotiation experience with complex sales and pricing structures.
  • Solid business acumen and budgeting skills.
  • Experience with multi-product solutions and account strategy development.
  • Strong computer and CRM skills (we embrace technology and hope you do too!).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence, inspire, and drive results.
  •
