Operations Manager
Job Description
As an Operations Manager will be responsible for the daily scheduling of company resources to meet customer requirements, focusing on safety, utilization of assets and costs per metrics for our Berlin, NH location. Your goal will be to provide the great leadership, and your success will be measured by providing day-to-day operational support to the branch as well as developing both strong employee and customer relationships.

Responsibilities include:
- Ensure the drivers & technicians have the proper training and equipment to perform their duties safely
- Listen to all concerns and act on them appropriately as they relate to: Safety, ability to perform duties effectively, opportunities that would increase efficiency for both the Company and the Customer
- Develop personal training plans for each employee to ensure they are adequately trained in multiple areas of the business
- Coordinate the daily assignment of company resources to maximize equipment utility while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Ensure that the employees have adequate time to perform duties safely and within the Hours of Work regulations
- Assign the proper equipment for the jurisdiction and the job requirements.
- Ensure employees are qualified and trained to perform duties
- Manage incidents through site safe. Complete any investigations as necessary

Education and experience
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in industry related management preferred
