Job Description

Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a People Partner to join its innovative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Environment: Foster a supportive and cohesive atmosphere for development teams
  • Team-Building: Identify and facilitate opportunities to strengthen team dynamics
  • HR Processes Management: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, work environment optimization, and employee adaptation
  • Training and Interviews: Conduct welcome training sessions and exit interviews to ensure smooth transitions
  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance HR processes and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Team Monitoring: Regularly assess team and individual well-being to proactively identify and mitigate risks such as burnout, conflicts, or potential resignations
  • Employee Relations: Hold regular meetings with employees and managers to address personnel matters, including qualifications, compensation, and career development
  • Professional Development Support: Advise employees on career growth and assist in resolving unique situations
  • HR Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HR roles, with a preference for experience in the IT sector
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, Polish, and Russian/Ukrainian
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Task Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing environments and challenges
  • Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting
  • HR Process Knowledge: Understanding of core HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluations, and employee adaptation
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of being goal-oriented and accountable
  • Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Strong skills in negotiation and resolving complex issues
