Job Description
Your mission at IntegriChain:
IntegriChain, the life sciences industry’s most trusted partner for commercialization and Net Revenue Optimization, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event and Marketing Coordinator to support both in-person and digital events and ongoing marketing operations.
This role is a critical contributor to the Marketing team, managing the logistical execution of field events and conferences, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience managing Marketing Coordinator operations and event logistics, preferably within a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly process-driven, and enjoys owning end-to-end execution for live events. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative marketing team and help drive revenue growth through precise and impactful marketing operations.
What this role entails:
Operations and Analytics
- Tracks projects to measure effectiveness and prepares status reports for stakeholders. Own project management tools, documentation, event calendar, and process used for coordinating webinars, industry shows, and virtual events.
- Develop scorecards and other artifacts to keep the broader organization informed and engaged.
- Use Salesforce dashboards and other analytics tools to track event ROI, campaign performance, and lead progression.
- Generate weekly and monthly marketing operations reports to share with internal stakeholders.
- Identify trends and opportunities for optimization across physical and digital events.
Event Management & Planning
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for field events, trade shows, summits, and conferences—including venue research, vendor coordination, shipping, staffing, and booth, or meeting room/suite logistics.
- Manage event registration, materials preparation, onsite setup and teardown, onsite event logistics (coordinating hotel/location staff or delivering directly), and post-event reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Industry Solutions, and Consulting/Advisory to ensure alignment and execution at all in-person engagements.
- Track event budgets, timelines, and deliverables with a strong attention to detail.
- Coordinate with Sales and Consulting/Advisory on customer events (e.g, dinners, happy hour, etc) at the event.
- Manage multiple workstreams in our annual Access Insights conference, such as registration, speaker management, event logistics, sponsor management, content, and more. This is a highly visible, critical event where transparency to the rest of the organization and leadership is vital.

Qualifications
What success looks like in this role:
Seamless In-Person Event Execution:
- All field events, trade shows, and summits are executed on time and within budget with minimal oversight.
- Booth logistics, meeting and customer dinner coordination, shipping, vendor coordination, and onsite support are proactively managed and documented.
- Post-event reporting—including lead capture, campaign follow-up, and ROI analysis—is completed promptly.
Actionable Performance Reporting:
- Salesforce and other analytics reports are updated consistently to reflect campaign performance, lead status, and event ROI.
- Stakeholders have access to clear, consistent data that supports ongoing marketing optimization.
- Marketing leadership receives regular reporting and insights that help drive decisions.
Trusted Team Contributor & Operational Process Owner:
- The Marketing, Sales, Solutions, and Consulting/Advisory teams sees you as a reliable executional partner who brings order, detail, and follow-through to every initiative.
- The Director of Marketing views you as a strategic right-hand contributor capable of taking full ownership of operational and event-related tasks.
- You proactively flag inefficiencies, suggest process improvements, and take initiative to streamline event execution.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 3+ years of event coordination and marketing operations experience required, with a focus on event planning and operations.
- Prior experience in an Event Coordinator or Marketing Operations role, ideally in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- Philadelphia-area residency is highly preferred; ability to travel for in-person events as needed.
