Senior QA Engineer - InPost Fresh

InPost Group is an innovative European out of home deliveries company, revolutionizing the way parcels are delivered to customers. With operations across several countries, our network of intelligent lockers (Paczkomat®) provides customers with a fast, convenient, and secure delivery option.    

We are a team that builds the best FMCG e-commerce in Poland. We already have over 300,000 products in our offer, we work with over 300 sellers, and our mobile application has already been downloaded by almost 1.5 million users in Poland. Due to the fact that our product consists of many elements that must work together efficiently we are looking for experienced Senior QA Engineers to improve processes and help us deliver best customer experience in the market across all types of devices.  

Your role:

• Leading QA processes and test management.
• Designing and executing end-to-end manual and automated tests for front-end (mobile native apps) and back-end interfaces.
• Generating and managing test data to facilitate thorough software testing.
• Tracking and reporting defects, providing clear and actionable insights to our development team.
• Preparing detailed test execution reports to share successes and areas for improvement.
• Crafting test cases and user documentation for our applications, contributing to a seamless user experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Mobile App (Native/hybrid) Testing.
• At least 5 years in a testing role, with at least 2 years focused on test automation using POM.
• Experience with test management tools like TestFLO, XRay, Zephyr, or TestRail.
• Proven experience with bug tracking and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• A solid foundation in software development methodologies and a deep understanding of software testing principles at the ISTQB level.
• Proficiency in tools like Postman, SoapUI, Appium.
• Intermediate skills in WebdriverIO or Selenium using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience in testing REST APIs.
• Creation and management of test processes.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, or GitLab.
• Previous work with device farm services like BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or LambdaTest.
• Experience in working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Certification or experience with advanced ISTQB or other testing qualifications.
• Experience in leading QA team/s.
