About the Role

Are you able to engage with customers to provide a truly great service? Are you willing to go the extra mile? If so come and join the Pivotal team as a Member Renewal Specialist.

We are a new business on a mission to make motoring more flexible for people needing a car they can call their own. JLR represents four distinct and emotionally engaging brands: Jaguar, Range Rover, Defender and Discovery. Previously existing under the umbrella brand of Land Rover; Range Rover, Defender and Discovery have split off and now carry their own distinct
brand names and identities.

As a key member of our team, you will need to be extremely organised and able to work on your own initiative to consistently nurture leads through the full sales process. This includes taking all applicants from their initial enquiry into the service to arranging delivery of a vehicle, communicating with them via multiple channels such as Phone, Email and Webchat.

We are seeking applications from candidates with proven experience in the direct selling of vehicle leasing and/or vehicle rental. This role is based from home with the requirement for occasional travel to our offices in central London (Kings Cross).

What does a Member Onboarding Advisor do?

▪ Field enquiries from current and potential subscription members via multiple communication channels including but not limited to Phone, Email and Webchat.
▪ Deliver excellent customer service to inbound enquires generated by our marketing and PR activities meeting our aim of providing a modern luxury service.
▪ Sell the benefits of vehicle subscription over ownership alongside the specifics of the packages being offered by our business.
▪ Reengage with leads that have expressed an interest previously to meet the KPI’s and targets of the business.
▪ Confidently explain the eligibility requirements to join our service and the process involved in getting into a vehicle subscription.
▪ Outline the products offered by the service in detail and be able to advise on the best product for the customer’s needs.
▪ Support applicants through the full process of getting onboard as a member, from initial enquiry to arranging delivery of a vehicle.
▪ Manage the onboarding waiting list ensuring every customer receives continuous communication in relation to vehicle availability.
▪ Maintain accurate records to ensure the business operates compliantly in terms of customer eligibility and onboarding.
▪ Be an integral member of the team and be accountable for ensuring a culture of continual operational improvement.





Skills & Experience

▪ Proven ability and desire to sell
▪ Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both written and verbal)
▪ Confidence and tenacity to pursue leads, overcome obstacles, and secure deals
▪ Strong IT skills with experience of querying / updating Contact Management systems
▪ Able to work independently but also take direction as part of the wider team
▪ Ability to work effectively under pressure, react quickly, and meet tight deadlines
▪ Determination, diplomacy, and excellent interpersonal skills
▪ Passion for a fast-paced growth business and desire to be a part of a high performing
team
▪ Experience in leasing, rental or financial services is strongly desirable
