Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Data Analyst with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will analyze sales data, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, has a strong analytical mindset, and understands key sales metrics and business operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from various sources (CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics (e.g., revenue trends, conversion rates, pipeline health)
• Consult with business partners to identify primary and secondary business analyses and KPIs required to support business decisions
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for sales and leadership teams
• Identify patterns, trends, and insights to improve sales forecasting and performance
• Collaborate with sales teams to align data needs and reporting
• Assist in the development and automation of data collection processes and reporting tools
• Support business reviews with data-driven insights and presentations

Education and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role (preferably in a sales or marketing environment)
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with SQL and data querying languages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with cross-functional teams and clients
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
