Main Purpose
As a Senior Claims Analyst at Indeed Flex, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the well-being of our flexible workforce and protecting our business interests. - Communication & Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with injured workers, internal teams (e.g., HR, Operations, Risk and Compliance), and external partners, providing updates on claim status and guiding them through the process.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all claims are managed in full compliance with relevant state and federal workers' compensation laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Return-to-Work Coordination: Collaborate with TPAs, medical providers, and internal teams to facilitate appropriate return-to-work programs and light-duty assignments for injured workers.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key claims metrics, identify trends, and provide regular reports on claim status, financial exposure, and performance to management.
- Policy & Procedure Adherence: Adhere to and contribute to the continuous improvement of Indeed Flex's workers' compensation policies and procedures.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve complex claim issues, escalating as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Training & Education: Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding workers' compensation reporting and best practices.
